Graduate Reintegration
Applicants for awards who are shortlisted will be required to provide a brief description of what they will do to ensure that Papua New Guinea, their profession and their workplace, benefits from completion of the study in Australia or New Zealand. The description of theĀ benefits that will flow from completion of study will be an essential feature of the selection process. The description is, in effect, a statement of the return on investment of the award and will be used in a Reintegration Plan.
For returning public service graduates, the description will be a core feature of a Reintegration Plan that will be prepared with their employing agencies and implemented when they return to PNG.
For private sector graduates, returning to work or looking for employment in PNG, Reintegration Plans will focus on professional and career development.
An information package for returning graduates will be available from the Scholarships PNG Information Centre located on the corner of Cuthbertson Street and Champion Parade, Port Moresby.
To attend a workshop returning graduates need to register in person at the Scholarships PNG Information Centre or alternatively can email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to register.
